Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from 12 Tone Music Publishing, LLC depends upon the method and option you choose.

Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Basic Returns Policy

12 Tone Music Publishing, LLC products are not returnable unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, please call (1-937-256-9344) or eMail us at returns@12tonemusic.com and we will replace it. In most cases we will ask that you return the defective product.

Additional Shipping Notes

All International Orders will be sent at surface rates unless otherwise specified.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipped within two business days after the order is received.
Orders to PO Boxes must go USPS, UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
Ohio residents will be charged sales tax at the current rate for the county in which they live.
